Overall Interview Process & What to Expect

We want everyone who interviews with us to feel set up for success. Please feel free to ask if you have questions!

Offline Assessment Test

We prepare an offline assessment test for each role. If you have interested, please send your answer and your resume to us. We will contact you once you pass the test.

Initial Onlibe Interview

We will arrange a 30 to 45-minute interview to get to know you, what you're looking for in your role, and to tell you about what our culture is. We want to make sure there's mutually a good fit.

<aside> 🗣 Tips: How to prepare? We want you to show us you’re great at what you do. But we’re also considering a few other things: Do your values align with us? Do you take ownership of your work? Are you a open-minded person? Are you good at problem solving? Are you continue to improving? Highlight the most impactful work you did. These are the questions we’ll be asking ourselves as we interview you. Make it easy for us to see how well you answer them.

Onsite Interview

You'll chat with multiple departments member to learn more about how they are doing, how is the team style and their future plan. Answer any question that you are concerned.

Decision Time

This part is pretty simple. You rate us. We rate you.

We’ll try our best to get back to you within a week. Feel free to follow up with us after the interview and reach out with any questions you may have.
